9.- IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

We will also inform the customer of the location of the order and how to proceed to have it sent again or to arrange a new delivery attempt. The customer will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery (as defined in clause 8), if this occurs later.

12.- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
12.1. Withdrawal period and method
If the customer is contracting as a consumer and user, they have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, or if the goods are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last of those goods.

In the event of withdrawal by the customer, PRODUCTES QUIMICS NATURALS, SL will refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date the customer informs us of their decision to withdraw from this contract. In any case, no refund will be made if the product has been used beyond mere opening and testing, if the products are not in the same condition as when delivered, or if they have suffered any damage after delivery.
13.- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. WARRANTIES.
PRODUCTES QUIMICS NATURALS, SL informs the customer that products purchased through this website have a legal warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. In cases where the customer considers that the product does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, they must contact PRODUCTES QUIMICS NATURALS, SL immediately using the contact details provided in clause two of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, providing the product details as well as the damage/defect it suffers.
The product may be returned by the customer in the same manner indicated for the right of withdrawal.
