Pure, 100% natural rice wax is an ideal ingredient for vegan cosmetics. Supplied as pale-yellow pearls with no additives, it can be used in creams, soaps, makeup, lip products, balms, ointments and hair-care products.
Rice wax is a vegan alternative to beeswax. Melt it together with oils and butters in the oil phase. It helps form a protective film on skin, lips and hair, reducing dehydration and helping protect against external factors such as cold and dry air.

Rice wax for cosmetics
Rice wax adds a dense, rich consistency to cosmetic formulations and can also be added to oil-based soap recipes to increase hardness.
Recommended dosage: 1–20% of the total formula, depending on the desired consistency and the combination of waxes, butters and oils. Because it is a hard wax with a melting point of 75–80°C, melt it with the other ingredients in the oil phase.
