Violet candle dye

Violet dye block for giving your candles lilac and violet shades, from a soft mauve at a low dose to a deep violet with more dye. It is wax-soluble and measured in 8 g blocks, so the same shade is easy to repeat batch after batch.

Tips for use

• Melt the wax in a double boiler or in a pot over low heat.
• Remove the wax from the heat and add the dye following the percentage chart.
• Stir until the colour is even, pour into the mould or container and let the candle cool and set completely.
• Start with a small amount and add more if needed. For a deeper shade, let the wax cool slightly before adding the dye; for a lighter shade, add more wax.
