Description
12-cavity silicone mould shaped like a chocolate bar, designed for making wax melts that look like chocolates and scented wax cubes. You can make several pieces in a single pour, so it suits home use, beginners and small batches sold in packs. It also works for handmade soaps and DIY crafts.
Features
- Cavities: 12, shaped like a chocolate bar
- Material: food-grade silicone, flexible, durable and non-stick
- Temperature resistance: from -40 °C to +230 °C
- Oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe

What you need
- Wax: wax melts have no wick; they are melted in a wax warmer. A practical option is powdered paraffin 56-58, suitable for wax melts.
- Fragrance: for example coffee fragrance or cinnamon and orange, which suit the chocolate shape. Respect the maximum load stated for each fragrance.
- Colour: brown dye for a chocolate-like finish.
- Long-spout pouring jug to fill the cavities and a digital thermometer.
Tips for use
- Melt the wax, add dye and fragrance following each product's instructions, and stir well.
- Place the mould on a flat tray before pouring: the silicone is flexible.
- Fill all 12 cavities with the jug and let them set completely.
- Unmould by pressing from behind each cavity.
- If you use it with wax, fragrances or soap, keep the mould for those uses only and do not use it with food again.
FAQ
Do wax melts have a wick? No. They go in a wax warmer and the heat melts the wax to release the scent.
Can I use it for chocolate afterwards? Not recommended once it has been used with wax or fragrances.
