To return the product, you must inform by e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you contact us, we will inform you of the necessary data and the procedure to follow.
If the return is a consequence of an error in the preparation of the order, the shipping costs are paid by Naturcera. when replacing your merchandise.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS ORDERS TO naturcera
The buyer will have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product, without any penalty or explanation of reasons. You can also choose to send it on your own with another logistics company, postage paid. Then prepare the package for pickup in its original packaging, without the labels having been torn off and the item having not been used.
These conditions must be met to accept the return. Once the item is received in our offices and thoroughly reviewed, we will send you an email confirming acceptance of the return. From that date, we will have 30 working days to refund the purchase amount, except for transportation costs, both delivery and return, which will be reimbursed only if PRODUCTES QUIMICS NATURALS SL is responsible for the reason for the return.
The refund will be made through the same payment method that you used for the purchase. If any of these conditions are not met, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted. All expenses generated by this return, including the transportation of these items, will be borne by you (except for returns within 14 days from receipt of the product, which will be as specified in the preceding paragraph).
